WebOct 3, 2024 · It worked for several people and me. I updated the BIOS by going to Dell Support Assistant, download all available updates, and restart the laptop. Unfortunately, this alone did not fix the touchpad issue. After that, restart the laptop and press F12 and Go to the BIOS settings and reset to factory default settings.
