WebNov 19, 2024 · Had to stay a night in Munich and insurance won’t cover the cost of the hotel or taxi as it was an ‘operational’ delay. Any excuse not to pay up. Don’t buy travel insurance with Sainsbury’s as they don’t even want to pay out for something simple such as delay / missed connection. Very disappointing!
