WebMay 1, 2024 · Racemenu Presets go in Data\SKSE\Plugins\Chargen\ Did you install them? in the plugins folder for SKSE there is nothing listed as chargen. it doesn't exist for me. Then they haven't been installed. Did you install them with Vortex? Do the Presets have ENABLED in GREEN next to them in the MOD Tab in Vortex? It should be SKSE\plugins\chargen\ WebFirst off your game should not be installed into Program Files, or x86 folder. This is clearly stated in the Beginner's Guide here. The UAC can interfere and cause any number of problems. I suggest you create a folder named Games on your game drive and install Steam, Skyrim and all supporting utilities into that folder.

WebIf these are face paint overlays, you need to manually enable face overlays in the nioverride config file. open up to Data\SKSE\Plugins\nioverride.ini and find "bEnableFaceOverlays=0". Then change the 0 to a 1, this should now enable face overlays.
