I have purchased a 17" aluminum radiator with the right outlets/inlets for the conversion and am thinking that buying a used Taurus electric fan with shroud would be a great way to go. WebMay 16, 2008 · Thanks, but I have a 5.7 conversion and it runs hot. Thats a completely different situation that what you are running to keep a 2.8 cool. I just installed a Corvette radiator in the forward position (where the ac condenser normally goes) and installed the Ford Taurus fan in the normal puller configuration.
