Webb23 okt. 2024 · The Bill will make two changes to the Mobile Homes Act 1983 that will help all residents. The changes were set out by the Government in their response to their own call for evidence in their 2024 review of park homes legislation. On page 6 of the response, which was published on 2024, it says at paragraph 12: Webb21 maj 2024 · I write in my capacity as vice-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Park Homes (APPG) and President for the Park Homes Owners Justice Campaign (PHOJC) concerning Government’s review of the Mobile Homes Act 2013 in England including the need for greater support and protection for park home owners.
